‍ Whether this is your first baby or you’re an experienced laborer.

There comes a time in your pregnancy when your have to slow down, tap in, and get ready for birth.

Join us for a 30- minute self- grounding meditation and guided breathwork session with gentle movements led by Trina.

PMW’s meditation and diaphragmic breathwork supports the lungs and belly helping them cycle more air while aiding your body in balancing it’s hormones. We will also engage in gentle movements to support the body as your pregnancy progress.

Helping you ground your energy and calm your nervous system.

This class is for pregnant women living with mental fog, anxiety, stress, sleep disturbances, mood disorders, digestive discomfort, emotional distress, cellular inflammation, low stamina or metabolism, lymphatic sluggishness, and or muscle tension.

What to bring:

- a chair, blanket or mat, or yoga ball to sit on,

-a block or pillow for back support,

-some water if you like,

-and an open mind.

Sessions are held virtually every Tuesday at 7pm.
