This class is for anyone living with mental fog, anxiety, stress, sleep disturbances, high blood pressure, mood disorders, digestive discomfort, emotional distress, cellular inflammation, low stamina or metabolism, lymphatic sluggishness, and or muscle tension.
What to bring:
-bring a blanket or mat to sit on,
-a block or pillow for back support,
-some water if you like,
-and an open mind.
Sessions are held virtually every Monday + Wednesday at 7am.
