That’s why it’s important to be in good company.

Join us for a 30- minute self- reflective meditation and guided breathwork session led by Trina.

PMW’s meditation and diaphragmic breathwork engages the abdomen to help the lungs cycle more air while also helping the endocrine organs clear debris and rejuvenate.

This class is for anyone living with mental fog, anxiety, stress, sleep disturbances, high blood pressure, mood disorders, digestive discomfort, emotional distress, cellular inflammation, low stamina or metabolism, lymphatic sluggishness, and or muscle tension.

What to bring:

-a blanket or mat to sit on,

-a block or pillow for back support,

-some water if you like,

-and an open mind.

Sessions are held virtually every Monday + Wednesday at 7pm.
